Terms and conditions
- In July and August the changeover day is Saturday, arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am. Please contact us to arrange alternative days and other times.
- The minimum stay during July and August is one week, outside of these times we are flexible. Please contact us to arrange.
- Bed linen is included. Towels can be hired for €6 per adult and €5 per child. Please bring your own towels for use around the pool.
- Cots and highchairs are provided at no additional cost. Please inform us at the time of booking of your requirements.
- A payment deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking. The balance is then payable 8 weeks before arrival.
- A deposit of 120 euros is payable on arrival and will be returned to you on departure providing no damages or breakages are incurred during your stay.
- A cleaning fee of 30 euros is payable on arrival.
- A no smoking policy operates inside all of the gites.
- Pets are not allowed at Mirabelle gites.
